Where there is demand the snowboarding groups are run mid-morning as the snow is softer therefore easier on those inevitable tumbles making it safer!
These groups require a minimum of 4 people to run and are based on a maximum of 6 per group.
We always recommend wearing helmets and body armour for boarding, particularly for beginners.
Children’s groups run only during school holidays unless there is enough demand to open a group.
NEW THIS YEAR: For those that would like to try snowboarding but are not sure that they want to commit to a weeks course we are running beginner's "Taster Sessions" on a Saturday and Sunday morning and on Friday afternoon. Just 55 euros for 2 or 3 hours of top tuition to find out whether you could be the next freestyle champion or whether maybe you'd be better off sticking to skis.

Client Feedback
…thanks to eric and christian for their great teaching whilst we were in la tania a couple of weeks ago. A big thank you to all at Magic and Ski Higher for looking after our son Jake when he hurt his hand snowboarding. Best ski school – we will be back next season with around 14 friends and will be booking your instructors. Have a great season all the best.

Complete Beginners
What can you already do?
Not a lot, this is my first time ever on a board.
What will I learn?
You will start on the near flat, learning to gently let the board slide flat and then traverse the slope on both your toe and heal edge, before progressing onto the easy green slopes and learning the basics of turning.
What kind of slopes/lifts will I be on?
You will progress when ready onto the gentle green slopes using the gondolas and easy chairs.
What lift pass do I need?
Single valley pass is fine.
